Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Ginger Garlic Paste-2 tablespoons


  • Chicken -1 kg


  • Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon


  • Green Chillies - 3


  • Milk - 1/2 cup


  • Vinegar - 1 tablespoon


  • Flour Maida - 1 Cup


  • pepper- 1 tablespoon

Directions

  • Marinate the chicken in a mixture of ginger garlic paste, soya sauce,milk,vinegar for half an hour.
  • In a pan keep the flour ready and dip and roll the marinated chicken pieces and deep fry.
  • In a frying pan add oil, saute the chopped onions and green chillies ,add the pepper for about 10 minutes and serve with Rotis or Fried Rice.
